Super easy to schedule an appt - friendly staff got me in and out

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

I thank the team that was there yesterday and was able to see me sooner. Very nice and caring and I recommend DOCS of New Haven.

The team was very nice and helpful. I figured there would be a wait since I booked the appointment a few hours earlier and was happy I was able to be seen today.

Friendly staff. Scheduling was easy. Check in was very good and the care from staff was as usual, beyond and above amazing.

Everyone was very respectful, the doctor had bedside manner and spoke very clearly and explained everything and answered questions for me

Everyone was extremely professional and went went above and beyond besides having to wait 13 hours to get a room upstairs but I understand stuff like that takes time everything else was great and definitely would be coming back again if I needed too thanks again for all the excellent care most hospitals aren’t nearly as nice as yours same as all the doctors and nurses and all of the staff literally everyone was nice thanks again can’t thank you enough for the quality care I got I would highly recommend this to anyone who needed the care I did thanks again
