Priority Urgent Care in Cromwell is so much easier to deal with than my primary care doctor.  From scheduling to treatment everyone is focused getting you better.

Never a place you want to go to, but everyone is so friendly and efficient!  I’ve been many times and always a great experience!

Never had a bad experience here. Staff is always informed and friendly no matter who is working.  The best urgent care around.

I was a walk in with a cough. I was treated very good and I didn’t wait very long. The doctor was great! Very good experience, and definitely will use it again if needed.

Went in with a high fever, body aches, migraine, delirium, chest pain, weakness and hardship breathing. Staff never checked my temperature. My partner, Michael Quinn was also seen the same day for the same symptoms. The staff member he spoke to didn’t recognize the term pulmonary which is quite scary and concerning. For my partner, they only checked BP. No temp or pulse ox taken.

Came in thinking I had strep throat. I have covid. No meds given or input as to current guidelines for quarantining, etc.--but I must admit I forgot to ask until I got home. Perhaps a hangout/some paperwork would have been nice

Long waits,staff has attitude,doctors had no people skills,makes me wonder why they work there and not in a real healthcare setting.hmmm
