          Needed an antibiotic, and I scheduled an appointment online for the next half hour. I was seen within 20 mins of my appointment, and out the door before the 50 min mark! The staff were super kind and listened to all my symptoms. The PA was great as well, and I was very comfortable throughout the appointment.

          My physical therapist Alberto is the best he makes sure that you get maximum support to get you where you need to be he is very supportive kind gentle and easy to work with I would never change him for anything,on a scale of 1-10 I give him a 10  .Overall the staff in general are very knowledgeable and competent I would recommend this Urgent Med to anyone.

          I have a varying schedule daily so whenever I need to be seen for a medical issue, it’s always “last minute.” I scheduled an appointment last night for first thing today. I was very surprised at how easy it was to schedule and how quickly I could get in. Start to finish at the clinic was around 45 minutes.. far quicker than any usual medical wait time. The staff was professional but also relaxed enough to not seem like there was a wall between patients and staff that made me feel calm and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this clinic and visit again if medically warranted.

          I can not express enough how my treatment was today. I showed up to get my DOT physical exam. I was greeted with a pleasant smile and a detailed description of the paperwork I had to fill out. I had a request to use the restroom early for the urinalysis test because of water intake and driving time.. I was immediately granted permission. This was an awesome experience with smiles and a few laughs the staff is wonderful. And Advanced practice nurse RAGONE was absolutely a pleasant treat to go through this . She makes you feel completely comfortable and is very thorough with the medical questions. I felt so at ease and will definitely be coming back because of her in the future to renew my DOT card. Thank you all for your great service and all you've done through this madness. With all my respect RM. 1-16-21
