We absolutely love our Sandy Springs urgent care! We always receive the best care and love the staff! My only complaint is that the floors are always really dirty in every area of the facility!!!

I received kind and professional care from the nurse and doctor at this visit.

I needed urgent care within the hour and barely took an hour to be seen also the staff was friendly and respectful I was assured I was ok. Definitely recommend.

The ladies at reception were very friendly and greeted me with a smile. The doctor was very through and had a nice pleasant demeanor.

Needed to have some labs drawn. Easy to schedule. Saw Dr. Pennington today. She is a lovely person and and wonderful and caring doctor. I would definitely recommend her.

Got lucky and got a same day appointment. Got seen and out very quickly. Love that the doc was keen on not medicating me where it's not necessary. Very peaceful atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this provider.

Appointment was easy to make, but I still waited 1 hour to see a virtual provider. Then he wouldn't prescribe antibiotics for a sinus infection because I turned down the covid, strep, and flu test. I get 1-2 sinus infections every year and the tests were unnecessary. He said I would have to make another appointment to get antibiotics if the rx he prescribed don't help the symptoms. I guess they will get there money one way or another! Also, he said 3 Rx would be sent, but only 2 were. It's the next day, and I'm still waiting on a call back of the 3rdv has been sent yet. Will try a different urgent care next time.

My 3 year old son was irritable because he did not feel good. The nurse was EXTREMELY rude. Seemed as if she was annoyed by my son who cannot help he does not feel good. Yes it is hard with a toddler but to hand me the 02 monitor because she gives up on getting it, I should have been paid to be the nurse at that point. The physician was very nice and helpful. I won’t be back due to the rudeness of the nurse.

Nurses were friendly and very knowledgeable. Easy checkin and no long wait.

My son fell on the playground at school and they took a x-ray of his arm and the doctor immediately noticed something the x-ray didn’t pick up and referred me and my son to children’s orthopedics and he was absolutely right he fractured his arm thanks for being so kind and friendly keep smiling and giving good service

The APN I saw was amazing. Her bedside manner impeccable. She listened attentively and went the extra mile to schedule a speciality appt for my condition. I can’t thank her enough. This has been the best experience with a provider that I have had. She deserves all the praise. Office staff were polite as well I felt welcome and heard.
