My name is Christina Joyner I am the owner and the nurse practitioner at Marshall Urgemt Care. I wanted to write-in response to lady that stated her daughter was turned away. First, I am truly sorry that you were disrespected in any form or fashion by any of my staff. If I knew who it was, I can promise you it would be addressed. Disrespect on any level is not tolerated. Second, I'm so truly sorry your precious daughter was turned away. I am normally the only practitioner in the office. I see as many patients as I possibly can. I do have to turn people away, but it's because I just can't see them all. I do not have a limit of 30 a day. I don't feel that is right. So my mission and goal everyday is to see as many as I can and still provide thorough and adequate care without putting anyone at risk. I struggle every day with turning people away because I'm not in it for the money. If I was, I would take everybody and see them and not worry about providing adequate and thorough care. I don't know who wrote that other review, but the ladies at Mays Medical have been the nicest people all around. I suggest the group as a whole, but Tracey Mays is my PCP & she is wonderful!

I go to this office before i go anywhere! I have always had a great experience and even when the family had to go in together. I hate needles but they have a nurse that’s very gentle and sweet. They are very informative on what they are doing to you and for you. They explain everything they can and think you need to know. I would recommend them any time.
