The team was very nice and helpful. I figured there would be a wait since I booked the appointment a few hours earlier and was happy I was able to be seen today.

I was a walk-in and expected to wait. It was an hour or hour and a half. Beats waiting at the ER all day.  I had a few issues with the signing in on my phone and had to keep bothering the girl at the front desk.  She was very patient with me and very sweet!  Very friendly staff! I’ve been there many times and never had a bad experience.

I was looking for a Covid test and this place has it their staff was so nice and friendly

Easy schedule, in and out , no wait time very knowledgeable doctor on site and the MA Linette and Jimelys were amazing!! Definitely recommend.

Excellent experiance. Ive been sick for over a month went to 2 other Drs and they were no help just suggested over the counter meds. I got progressivly worse then decided to try DOCS. The nurse practioner listened to me and evaluated me and got me diagnosed with antibiotics! I’m finally on the road to recovery! The receptionist was amazing as well! Great staff and great experiance! Very grateful!!

I thank the team that was there yesterday and was able to see me sooner. Very nice and caring and I recommend DOCS of New Haven.
