My husband has Alzheimer’s and everyone was very professional and friendly and understanding his issues.  This is the second time we have been here and I have recommended friends go for urgent care.

check in is always nice and quick and immediate which is what we appreciate the most. The nurse that greeted us and got us started was very friendly and welcoming.  The provider named Miguel is not very personable and asked us what’s our goal to be there.. that question threw us off a little. He treated us like a business and it was just here ok here is your prescription have a good day.  I’ve seen him in the past and felt uncomfortable that I didn’t move forward with any suggestions he provided in the past. Appreciate that he gave me and my son prescriptions but he didn’t really explain to me what was going on with me but did with my son. Wished he didn’t treat us like a transaction he tried to complete.  No, I do not recommend this provider.

Very easy to schedule appt for a same day. Was surprised by the fact that they are paperless and in order to view anything you have to download their app. It’s been 2 days and still no results, as for the medication you have to go on the appt and send it your self to the pharmacy otherwise you will not get it. Overall it was a good visit but it could have improved on some things for sure.

Scheduling online was easy and convenient that makes for an easy check-in and secured spot with little to no wait time. Staff were extremely friendly and patient with our family and when it came to caring for both our one year old and 4 month old. Always highly recommend coming here for an urgent care.

Very helpful friendly staff. Identified my issue quickly once in exam room. 3 emergencies coincided my visit, wondering why the don't go to hospital emergency.

woke up with sore throat and ear infection. was very insistent on getting care for my voice as well as i use it professionally. i did receive the ear drops which i began taking. but i need to schedule again for my voice.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. Woke up this after dealing with cold and being tired. I was concerned with the lack of energy. Now, visiting clinic as a walk in and being checked out. I feel I can plan my next adventure, been concerned. Being 81 is a new experience and may not get it right. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism. Happy new year!

Everything was ok except I was rusher by Medical assistant to leave. I ask about results of my test and she said she will call( she never did). Also Dr told me ( I remember exactly) that she will give me excuse for work for Monday but nothing happen and later when I read notes showing not excuse from work needed. I like this place but this time I was rushed to leave room. Thank you

The When I called yesterday afternoon there was a 3/4 hour wait. The kind receptionist suggested I make a 9:30 am appointment this morning. I did and it worked out very nicely. A short wait and all went very smoothly!  Yes, I’d recommend this provider based on my experience today.

Stopped to secure an appointment, but none were available but will text when an opening comes up - 3-1/2 hours later I was informed it was time to come in. Very through and efficient, left with a summary review. Very pleased.

I don’t usually leave reviews (who has time for that ) but I really had a a great experience at this clinic . Fast ,kind and respectful . I haven’t felt that in many healt clinics before . Strongly recommended .
