From the initial phone call to my being welcomed warmly by the receptionist area I felt a sense of relief. My experience with the Nurse and the Doctor was positive and reassuring . This is the second time I have had to use Urgent Care and I heartily recommend them especially if you need to be seen promptly and your own PCP is not available . They are a great option

Drs. Cole and Fernando are exceptionally competent and comforting. I have been seeing Dr. Fernando for almost 20 years and she has always been caring, helpful, and friendly. You will find Dr. Cole both competent and exceptionally professional. Recommend very highly.

I gave the Flemington Doctor Is In 5 stars to be read. However, if I could have given them negative 5 stars, I would. When I visited them last winter, I was sick as a dog and had my formal negative Covid test results with me. Standing in front of the door, I called the number on door and got NO answer while looking at the person at the reception desk who ignore both my waving and the phone ringing. Next, I knocked on the door pointing to my phone. Finally, she answered my call and told me I need to let them Covid test me onsite, and only for CASH $70.+ I believe. Next, I called the Clinton office to see if this was a company-wide policy. The Clinton Doctor Is In was very helpful and deserves 5 stars. That office did not require that they perform their own Covid test for me to be seen. The Flemington branch my opinion Covid SCAM. Steer clear. Read comments from the many other one star ratings which describe equally frustrating experiences with this Flemington Doctor Is In such as, David R. 8/11 "This isn't medical care. As a senior with serious underlying health conditions, I was very fearful to have a needed CT scan during this pandemic. After making appt. I called the Exton facility directly about my condition & risk about coming in. Shannon listened & discussed my concern with Neelam in registration & CT technician Kelly about how to accommodate my visit. All personnel went out of their way to minimize my time there, protect me & make me safe. Models of health care who went above & beyond! My thanks & gratitude to our caring health care workers who put themselves at risk for us. Chris
