my grandbaby was sick and I went on the website to schedule her appointment. It was user-friendly when I got to the clinic she was ready to go. We didn’t even sit in a waiting area. More than two minutes. Staff was friendly. They ran some test. They knew what they were doing. The doctor that came in was very friendly and attentive to my baby. She was in and out her prescription was already called to the pharmacy a highly recommend and kudos to all of the staff that was working today at AFC Sugarland.

I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

Took my son for an eye infection. The whole process was convenient from scheduling the appointment same date to being treated. Was in and out in less than an hour. friendly staff and facility was clean.  For sure will keep in mind for future visits.

Been sick for a week. Went in for an appointment. Very easy to make an appointment. No wait time - which was awesome. Doctor and nurse were very nice and helpful. Had my diagnosis and scrip within 30 minutes and got to get on with my day. I will absolutely come here again.
