Walked in and was seen within 10 minutes. Dr. Alterno was so knowledgeable and kind, and provided high quality care. The medical assistant was also very competent and sweet throughout the entire process. I left and headed to my pharmacy directly from the appointment and they had already sent my prescription allowing me to pick it up without waiting.

it was smooth and good, when i went in they attended to me one time and gave me what i needed and i feel better already

Dr. Laddis is the man. We also see him for urgi care matters regarding my daughter and she absolutely adores him. In my opinion, kids have the best gage for good people and Dr Laddis is definitely one of them. We love the entire staff and ALWAYS appreciate you guys ❤️

The scheduling was a simple but out of the way, however i have no other complaints and everyone working there was very sweet and kind. I would recommend

Scheduling appt was easy, wait time after arriving was an hour after scheduled appt time. Once brought into exam room everything was addressed in an appropriate amount of time and received results quickly. Staff were all nice but would appreciate if they could update people in waiting room when they are running late and what the expected wait time is for people waiting to be seen

Walked in for an issue I had with one of my ears. Front office staff had me checked-in in less than 10 minutes including me filling out my medical history. The medical assistant was efficient and friendly during rooming and getting my vitals. Doctor was personable and quickly diagnosed and explained my issue, prescribed a couple of meds which he called to a local pharmacy. Whole thing from leaving my house to returning home with meds was a little over an hour total!  A good experience :)

Front staff was pleasant and Dr..Christina was attentive to my needs and provided me the medicine I needed. She has a very calm and pleasant presence.

The staff was very helpful, friendly and competent.  I checked in easily and my problem was resolved quickly.  The techs explained each step of the treatment and gave me advice on avoiding reoccurrence. Had to come in for a time sensitive issue. Dr. Gabriel was fantastic, helpful, and professional. Office was clean and functional. I was out in 30 minutes! Highly recommend!
