I cant thank you guys enough. I feel soo blessed to have this urgent care in this neighborhood. I've been there few times and everyones is exceptional genuine as soon as you step in excellent front desk no matter who's working. I'm bad with names I'm sorry. I always tell my family and friends about this location. I've been to city md and one around corner on 116 st. But ever since I've found you guys I've never gone anywhere but here. Can't thank you guys. O my nurse was excellent 👏 who took my vitals. Everyones just great.

Was able to get a same day morning appointment to follow up on a lingering cold. Booked appointment easily online. All staff I interacted with were professional, efficient and very nice. I felt that Sherry, the NP I saw, was very thorough and thoughtful about my diagnosis and recommendations for treatment. Would definitely recommend Carbon Health and thank them for their services.

I went in to schedule an appointment but they were able to take me right away. The staff was very helpful, friendly and competent.  I checked in easily and my problem was resolved quickly.  The techs explained each step of the treatment and gave me advice on avoiding reoccurrence. I went on line and I was able to easily book an appointment they were attentive to my concerns  Dr Patel was and amazing help and I really liked her very much  I am glad Airmont urgent care is there for me. They are a great medical facility  Thank you !

Checking in and scheduling was a breeze. Unfortunately this location is understaffed because it took the Dr almost 3 hours to see me. Once they were in the exam room with me they were very kind and helped me with my health issue.

Would certainly go back again for any emergency that might arise definitely recommend them

Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

Dr M .Tugetman.saw me  order ed azithromycin antibiotics for me to CVS pharmacy  ,instead he ordered eye drops  .I try to contact afc. Dr left before 5 pmI was very upset and sick came back home . I will never go to afc again.bad experience.

I walked in without an appointment with cold and sinus symptoms. I was seen, treated and on my way all within 20 minutes, which is fabulous when you are not feeling well. I highly recommend Carbon Health.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

Easy walking appointment was easy as a doctor was friendly and did my Covid test quickly. They sent the results to me as soon as possible would definitely recommend this place.
