I had a very good experience. I want to thank everyone at PhysicianOne for their highly professional care and treatment of me.

Scheduling appt was easy, wait time after arriving was an hour after scheduled appt time. Once brought into exam room everything was addressed in an appropriate amount of time and received results quickly. Staff were all nice but would appreciate if they could update people in waiting room when they are running late and what the expected wait time is for people waiting to be seen

Great all around pediatric care! Easy booking, short wait time, friendly check-in assistance and nice and knowledgeable provider helped my little guy with his flu diagnosis. Thank you!

Scheduling appointments and communication with my Primary Care Physician is next to impossible and I think she is wonderful. Whenever I call the main number, I must navigate my way to get a live person to answer. Whenever I leave your voice message, I NEVER get a returned phone call. If this situation does not improve, I will be forced to find another care provider.  Your physicians and staff members are very well aware of the problem. You need to fix it!

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

Very happy and thankful that I was treated so.well, and so promptly. The Dr. Put me at ease and was very thorough. I have been here several times and my experience has always been positive from the moment I enter!! Highly recommend. Thank you
