I don’t understand the point of scheduling an appointment only to be placed behind people that literally just walked in to the office. I understand that stuff was backed up but if I already had an appointment set up that should’ve been honored. Nobody had severe burns or some crazy injury. Yet I was sitting there with a 102 fever for 2 hours till they finally called my name. Also seemed like the nurses checking me in were more on top of things than the actual doctor that walked in and walked me out (basically pushing me out) in the span of 2 minutes. Aside from that the actual front staff was very friendly and answered any questions I had.

Everyone was very helpful. I booked the appointment the night before for 9 o’clock when they open. I got right in and Dr. Emanuel came in. He was very thorough and answered all my questions and prescribe medication for me. I have been to urgent care a few times before and everyone is always so wonderful. I would recommend urgent care. I have insurance that covers everything. That was not a worry for me! I had booked my appointment the night before online.

Pain from Sciatica had become unbearable. I wasn't able to schedule an appointment with my doctor, but I went online to Carbon Health's website and had no trouble booking an appointment. I was seen on time, the facility was clean & comfortable, the check-in process was hassle free, and the young lady at the front desk was polite and professional. Dr. Upton was a tremendous help to me. In addition to being able to prescribe the right medication for my condition, she advised me regarding lifestyle changes that might be beneficial. I will write a review on yelp. The girl at the front desk was very nice and professional, but the doctor hardly spoke to me, told me extremely very little, and had zero bedside manner. I was shocked and so was my 17 year old daughter at how she was towards me. I would never recommend this provider. I also have not heard anything about the swab that was taken on Sunday. She said it would take two days to come back and it is now Thursday night.
