Had a cluster headache the doctor prescribed the wrong medication and then ain’t want to change it smh

Checking in and scheduling was a breeze. Unfortunately this location is understaffed because it took the Dr almost 3 hours to see me. Once they were in the exam room with me they were very kind and helped me with my health issue.

Dr Tammy one of the best doctors I’ve seen by far.

I went on line and I was able to easily book an appointment they were attentive to my concerns  Dr Patel was and amazing help and I really liked her very much  I am glad Airmont urgent care is there for me. They are a great medical facility  Thank you !

Made a day-of appointment and received prompt, great care.  I was diagnosed within 5 minutes and had my prescription ready within a half hour.

Whoever worked today was excellent, they had 5-6 people, yet still saw me in a timely manner and maintained professionalism the entire time, and even answered all my questions and provided references to primary care. 10/10 today

Was sick the whole night fever bodyache headache the works schedule online and completed paperwork online in and out staff was very friendly and nice and attentive.

Dr M .Tugetman.saw me  order ed azithromycin antibiotics for me to CVS pharmacy  ,instead he ordered eye drops  .I try to contact afc. Dr left before 5 pmI was very upset and sick came back home . I will never go to afc again.bad experience.

We did not get proper testing. Later on tested ourselves to find he has the flu. Called this am and this afternoon to see if they wanted to prescribe tamiflu and have not yet received a call back.

The staff was fast did well I didt wait long I’m waiting area or room

Had a hard time making an appointment… most likely a result of high volume illness and New Years Eve/Day. Check in  easy Staff friendly, helpful

Made an appointment for 12;40 was called in after 2pm. I was not a walk in, maybe 2 people ahead of me so I could not understand the wait. Just to check in I waited on line for over 20 minutes while the person checking in was filling out her forms sitting at the check in desk!

Woke up not feeling well took a Covid test at home came positive but just wanted to be sure so made an appointment to be seen and get a medical result I was Covid positive they were very nice very thorough and gave me tips on things to do to stay comfortable while going through this amazing place overall only thing is i suggest you make an appointment online before you go or you could be sitting there a while waiting to be seen
