I was taken in as a walk in patient late in the evening with some really scary symptoms I’d been having. Despite being a last minute walk I was seen a lot quicker than expected and despite being the last patient of the night the staff were incredibly patient, sweet, and took their time with me. Karen was the MA and she was so warm and welcoming, Jennifer was equally as wonderful and listened to my concerns and did not dismiss my worries. I didn’t get the name of the person working the desk but they were very kind and helpful as well. I went from having a pretty bad 24 hours to feeling a lot better because of them, thank you so much!!!

I have been here multiple times this month & every time it’s the absolute best experience I’ve ever had in a medical facility. I really don’t have the words to adequately describe how truly special this place is! Brittney & Tiffany are my favorites! They are unbelievable humans & I’m so blessed to have met these amazing women! I feel so seen, & genuinely cared for each person here is amazing as well, it’s not just 1 or 2 people it’s the whole staff & Dr’s. I wish I could make this my primary care it’s that special! Jackie has assisted me on several occasions and always takes great care with helping me work out the details of my illness and assuage my anxieties about them. Overall I have had an excellent experience with telehealth services and would choose them first over in office always for the convenience for myself but also to free up the office appointments for other patients who may not have the telehealth option like myself.

I didn't have an appointment, so I walked in, there was absolutely no wait time, Chris and Corbin were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, friendly, and very kind. Absolutely recommend this urgent care to anyone and everyone.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.
