I think I have found my new urgent care. It was so easy to schedule my appt, do paperwork and add all my insurance information on the website. The front desk worker was smiling, friendly and welcoming. My nurse was the same. The NP was great. Great bed side manner and explained everything very well. I did not feel rushed. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. What a great experience!

I absolutely loved the online check in process! It was absolutely flawless and saved me time knowing when my appointment was. I wish I was better with names but I was impressed with the whole staff. Everyone was professional and very efficient. Gold Stars for everyone! Gold ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I will definitely use this facility again.

Do not use Southern Immediate care if you want results or to be treated well. I visited this office twice and received no resolution, am still ill. Further, I was told that I would be referred to another doctor and instead was sent to an imaging clinic. And, lastly, you cannot reach a person by phone. Do not waste your money or time by visiting this office. Update: After 10 phone calls, my referral is in motion. Crystal is kind, knowledgeable and did her best to provide more context. Still very difficult to reach a person.
