The staff was very nice and helpful I just needed more time with the doctor to give all of my symptoms

I booked appointment on Saturday after closing.  Appointment time given was 8:10 Sunday morning.  I arrived at approximately 8:03, checked in at window, and called within 10 minutes. I was diagnosed and out somewhere around 8:35 - 8:40.  THANK YOU STAFF for making my visit less tiring by being so timely, due to the online scheduling.  LOVED IT 😍

So glad this urgent care is in the area.  Excellent customer service and care. They took the time to listen ran test and got results in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend.

I did a walk-in, so the scheduling wasn’t an issue at all. The staff was friendly.  They appeared to work very well together, and knew what they were doing.   They were confident and competent and efficient in their duties. I appreciate the provider for reminding me that I needed to lose weight(ha ha ha), as if I didn’t know that already. Nevertheless, he’s right and I am and have been working on it. Otherwise everyone was nice friendly seem to work as a team show that they were confident and competent in what they were doing. Overall good experience. Good work Team!!!
