Thus was a return visit. I saw them a little over a week ago and was diagnosed with sciatica. In addition, I was suffering from sinus issues and a migraine. I scheduled the appointment in the car, was immensely checked in upon arrival, and was treated and discharged in less than an hour. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and professional. I absolutely recommend this location as a go to urgent care!

Do not use Southern Immediate care if you want results or to be treated well. I visited this office twice and received no resolution, am still ill. Further, I was told that I would be referred to another doctor and instead was sent to an imaging clinic. And, lastly, you cannot reach a person by phone. Do not waste your money or time by visiting this office. Update: After 10 phone calls, my referral is in motion. Crystal is kind, knowledgeable and did her best to provide more context. Still very difficult to reach a person.

I think I have found my new urgent care. It was so easy to schedule my appt, do paperwork and add all my insurance information on the website. The front desk worker was smiling, friendly and welcoming. My nurse was the same. The NP was great. Great bed side manner and explained everything very well. I did not feel rushed. I had a Covid test a few months ago. The nurses were organized, friendly, and prepared. I filled out paperwork in my car and waited about 45 minutes to be able to drive up and get my nasal swab. The nurse who did my test was calm and the process was painless. She inserted the swap in my nasal cavity and gently swirled the swab to get a sample. No jabbing and she took her time and was careful not to hurt me. I would completely recommend First Care for a Covid test.
