I walked in needing to be seen asap! They were fast and friendly and were able to fix me right up and on my way on a timely manner.

I went in with what I assumed was ear and sinus infections. The staff was very kind and friendly. Without scheduling an appointment, my wait time was maybe 5-10 minutes after completion of paperwork and I was seen shortly after going to the exam room. The PA/NP was kind, friendly and thorough and had me on my way quickly with prescriptions sent to the pharmacy immediately.

I live in Albuquerque and my experience here was awesome in comparison with the service I get at home at an urgent care. From short wait time to the attention I got from the nurses, tech and the doctor, I’m extremely grateful. Thank you!!

I was hesitant in the beginning because I assumed I’d be rushed and not heard. I was quite surprised, the virtual visit was my first and I must admit that the physician’s and bedside manner was even better than any office visit I’ve had in years. And the phone representative went above and beyond to help me correct my payment error. C  The staff at the facility was just as professional caring and friendly.

I would like to have my x-ray results. I went to Simon Met on Tuesday.

I had to wait a while for my appt but everyone was amazing. Waiting is to be expected when they are trying to work walk ins in with the appts. They are trying to take care of everyone as best they can. The staff was great from scheduling, nurses, techs, and the doctor. Great job.

Needed to be seen urgently for a possible UTI. Could not see my PCP for a month so we did a Urgent Care search on GOOGLE and found NextCare right down the road from our house. Getting an appointment online was easy and had an appointment set for 20 minutes...I was impressed. We jumped in the care and went straight over. Checking in and the staff were great. The wait time before taking back for my screening was minimal and the care given by PAC Jennifer Guitierrez was exceptional...she made me feel very at ease with my situation and I greatly appreciated that. NextCare on McDowell will be our first choice for future urgent care needs. Thank you all!!

The ladies in he front desk were very disrespectful . Waited 20 minutes for my paperwork to leave! No one told me why it was taking so long! And when I did get it she did not even acknowledge there was an an issue! I said bye and thank you with no response back from her! She was very rude! The Dr was very nice and thorough !

I have brought my child to this location several times over the years for after hours care and all the staff have always been very professional and courteous. It has been such a relief as a parent to have prompt care when a child is ill and they have always taken good care of us. I would recommend this location for care.

Scheduled the appointment very last minute due to some discomfort. All the staff was extremely kind. The ladies at the front desk helped me sign up for a discounted program since I don’t have insurance. The nursing assistant and the NP were so kind as well and made me feel very comfortable. By far the best care I have had since moving to AZ. 10/10 would recommend.

I got sent home from work! Went straight to urgent care and boy did I have a good time! Laughed with the chic at the counter! Then my nurse was sooooo sweat polite... Friendly attentive! Then... doctor Dan!! Super cute and sweet.. He looked out for my heart issues and made sure I got meds that weren't going to give me anxiety because sometimes I feel like the heart medication gives me anxiety! Thank you to everyone!! Heck yeah I'd recommend this location!!

I was seen for a severe sinus infection affecting my ears, nose, throat, and lungs. They were quick but thorough and noticeably concerned for my health so they prescribed me a high dosage of antibiotics. They had me wait to check the reactions against the medications I already take and revised the new prescription to better suit my needs without causing further issues. Overall, the staff, the timeliness, communication, and competence of the staff were more than enough for me to want to return if needed. Thank you for the excellent care!

Absolutely phenomenal performance by the people from the front desk to the Nurse practitioner.  I was in and out in less than an hour. I booked online and that made the appointment that much easier. Thank you very much!!
