I couldn't have been in a more concerning and uncomfortable position. I was in Phoenix for a work trip and all of the sudden my face started swelling. But luckily, as fate would have it, I came to the right place. P.A. Elizabeth Williams spotted my issue right away. I had an extreme case of sinusitis. She knew exactly which antibiotics I needed. Her assistant, Jose, gave me a shot and I was feeling better within minutes. She really took the time to make sure that I was on the right track, and gave me in depth information as to how I should go about the healing process. She even called me the next day to check in on.me and give me more valuable consultation. In short, The staff here is amazing. Elizabeth Williams is a lifesaver. I am extremely thankful that I happened upon this urgent care location. I'm 111 percent better than I was. And it's all thanks to P.A. Williams.

Able to schedule an appointment online  with ease. Check-in was made easy by filling out forms ahead of appointment. Waited for 20 min after scheduled appointment time but that is understandable and also made clear when scheduling that it’s an “estimated” time. PA immediately focused on my symptoms, prescribed necessary medications and answered all of my questions. All the staff were courteous and competent. I will not hesitate to return if I need urgent care in the future.

I had been coughing for close to two weeks and thought I better make an appointment.  Went on line to schedule and it was a breeze including the check-in process.  Staff was caring.  I I’ll definitely tell family and friends.  Thank you!

3 1/2 hour wait is unacceptable considering I had an appointment . My visit lasted about 5 minutes and was just referred to my primary care.

Your checkin paperwork is about the stupidest fucking thing I've ever dealt with in my life. making a sick person rewrite their name and date of birth five times on the same sheet of paper is so fucking ridiculous. Really what kind of dipshit is in charge of your forms over there they should be fired immediately for being a dumbass. Unless I'm literally dying and I don't have any other option I won't be back.

I came in with complaints about sore throat, stomach hurting, aches in chest, legs and feet and fever. The front staff located me in the system and allowed me to login . The best part is you never lose your place/time that you came in even though you’re filing out paperwork. I love that you are seen according to when you walked in. I needed a Covid test it took less than 5 minutes and the MA and the PA were Awesome. I love NextCare URGENT CARE

Had appt for 5:10 I was seen by 5:20 which us rare at urgent care. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely use them again!

Great Staff, although very busy- they did  a great job of managing the front and getting everyone cared for as soon as they could!

Had chills and was achy all over.  Tried to get in my usual urgent care but they were booked.  Got an appointment within 3 hours.  Arrived to full waiting room but was kept informed of my visit. When called walked into small room for vitals.  Very efficient. Saw NP within 5 min.  Had test results in 15 min.   Ver caring efficient staff

I was feeling very sick for a few days with chest pains, fever and short breathe. It didn’t take me very long to get attended and when I did they took good care of me. They had meds in hand and gave me a breathing treatment that helped me out so much. I always receive the best service there.

Kimberly was outstanding, great bedside manner. Both my spysnd I were seen and she made us feel as ease and confident in her care. The nurse who checked our vitals was extremely helpful and pleasant as well.

Cut my foot on glass and I was taken in right away and treated with the upmost care by everyone from the front desk up to the doctor. The nurse on staff was wonderful…
