I’ve been going to this location for several years always received good care til yesterday. I’m struggling to breath I tell her what’s been going on over the last month. I don’t feel she listened very well.  She was in the room 5 minutes if I’m lucky. Says something about giving me something for post nasal drip. She never checked my nose eats throat. She listened to me breath and that was it!  Worst care I’ve ever had. I will find a new urgent care to go to.

The doctor was kind. All staff was extremely nice.

Evidently there are 2 different web locations for this clinic. 1 showed me that all appts were full. I happened to click on the other & it had openings in a couple hours. So I was able to get in. From there, everything went well. I am now feeling much better. Thanks.

The staff was friendly and wait time was short. Very pleasant experience. The provider was was very personable.I have recommended urgent care.

Came in because of coughing and drainage... was told it was allergies because that Benadryl worked better on symptoms than Nyquil and drainage has been clear..But I was having same symptoms as the other 3 people who have also been sick in same household. Was prescribed Zyrtec..

The staff was excellent! The front office was amazing and the MA Lisa was so friendly and caring! The provider was excellent as well!

Scheduled an appointment was in 10 minutes later than appointment scheduled. Other than that great visit.

Made appt and waited about an hour after that time to be seen. NP did not seem interested in prescribing meds for my kids who were coughing up brown phlegm and have had audible bubbling/crackling when they lie down. I asked—am I confused? Is coughing up brown not an indicator that they need antibiotics? She confirmed that it is, but not in their case because “they’ve been coughing for so long.” Make it make sense. Staff super friendly and efficient. Will not go back because of quality of medical care.
