Took my daughter here. Laura the PAcwqs absolutely amazing and knowledgeable. She made my young daughter feel at ease and gave me great advice. Highly recommended.

Great Staff, although very busy- they did  a great job of managing the front and getting everyone cared for as soon as they could!

Had chills and was achy all over.  Tried to get in my usual urgent care but they were booked.  Got an appointment within 3 hours.  Arrived to full waiting room but was kept informed of my visit. When called walked into small room for vitals.  Very efficient. Saw NP within 5 min.  Had test results in 15 min.   Ver caring efficient staff

Everyone was nice, however just a regular 5 min verification that I have the flu and they give me the standard thing prescription.I walk out of there.Having to pay three hundred dollars even with insurance. I was told it was because they're a fever service and that's what they charge. Why couldn't they tell me how much it was gonna be before I walked in to see the doctor? I would have declined to go in. That's a lot of money when I already pay a lot of money for insurance out of my wife's paycheck. Thoroughly disappointed not knowing before i'm treated. Granted, I was warned there might be more than seventy five dollars for the copay, but I had no clue that they would want another two hundred and thirty bucks after I paid the seventy something. It sucks being sick and then being taken advantage of on top of that, just really sucks as well.

I have been here a few times with no Issues. I scheduled an appointment at 12;20 and was not seen until almost 2;00The communication with the front desk was absolutely horrible. They seemed to not care and had zero info to provide  The PA was amazing

Kimberly was outstanding, great bedside manner. Both my spysnd I were seen and she made us feel as ease and confident in her care. The nurse who checked our vitals was extremely helpful and pleasant as well.

What a pleasant surprise. So efficient from scheduling appt to check in Dr appt. Quick and efficiently.

Front desk staff was very kind and helpful as it was our first visit, I had a handful of questions. Wait time was the fastest I’ve ever experienced as a walk in! Medical staff was very kind, attentive and informative. So very thankful we came to this location. Highly recommend this staff and location! Only complaint was the restroom was a little dirty but people were using it back to back

I came in with complaints about sore throat, stomach hurting, aches in chest, legs and feet and fever. The front staff located me in the system and allowed me to login . The best part is you never lose your place/time that you came in even though you’re filing out paperwork. I love that you are seen according to when you walked in. I needed a Covid test it took less than 5 minutes and the MA and the PA were Awesome. I love NextCare URGENT CARE

Workers were professional and respectful. The process was quick and easy! My nurse did an amazing job throughout the whole process!

Was in and out in about an hour. Staff was friendly and professional.

My first visit was on Friday. I came in with a sore throat. They had the test for covid and Strep but not the flu. I came back the next day because a terrible cough had developed. I was given a prescription for an inhaler. This is where I feel I was not given the best care. I have a flu Virus so I should have been prescribed Tamiflu!!! I went back again because my cough was terrible. I was given a steroid pack which is helping. I've been going to Nextcare for over 20 years. They have always been outstanding. This time I feel that I truly did not get the best care!!!

All the Staff were awesome from check in thru evaluation and treatment.
