Needed to be seen urgently for a possible UTI. Could not see my PCP for a month so we did a Urgent Care search on GOOGLE and found NextCare right down the road from our house. Getting an appointment online was easy and had an appointment set for 20 minutes...I was impressed. We jumped in the care and went straight over. Checking in and the staff were great. The wait time before taking back for my screening was minimal and the care given by PAC Jennifer Guitierrez was exceptional...she made me feel very at ease with my situation and I greatly appreciated that. As long as Nadine Shelepak PA-C is at Alliance, I will not return. I am prone to sinus infections and have been going to Alliance for over 8 years. I have a file with the prescriptions given to me before. After explaining this to Nadine, she didn’t give me what I’ve always been given. Her bedside manner is atrocious. She didn’t listen to my concerns and rushed me out. Once again, if Nadine is at Alliance, I will never return.
