Great Staff, although very busy- they did  a great job of managing the front and getting everyone cared for as soon as they could!

I’ve been going to this location for several years always received good care til yesterday. I’m struggling to breath I tell her what’s been going on over the last month. I don’t feel she listened very well.  She was in the room 5 minutes if I’m lucky. Says something about giving me something for post nasal drip. She never checked my nose eats throat. She listened to me breath and that was it!  Worst care I’ve ever had. I will find a new urgent care to go to.

3 1/2 hour wait is unacceptable considering I had an appointment . My visit lasted about 5 minutes and was just referred to my primary care.

Made appointment ahead, waiting was 10 min. Staff was very good, courteous. NP was amazing. Ok

The staff was friendly and wait time was short. Very pleasant experience. The provider was was very personable.I have recommended urgent care.

Came in because of coughing and drainage... was told it was allergies because that Benadryl worked better on symptoms than Nyquil and drainage has been clear..But I was having same symptoms as the other 3 people who have also been sick in same household. Was prescribed Zyrtec..

The staff was excellent! The front office was amazing and the MA Lisa was so friendly and caring! The provider was excellent as well!

Scheduled an appointment was in 10 minutes later than appointment scheduled. Other than that great visit.

The PA Kevin has helped me before..he is very thorough and Knowledgeable. I was seen very soon after my arrival and back home in bed within the hour. This is the only Nextcare I have been to and I am so glad I found this one...very good at helping me feel better soon.

I was very happy with how my appointment went. Very friendly and very thorough. They all showed they cared and happy to say I am already on the mend from covid.
