So I’m like 100% sure I have either the flu or Covid. I came in here only because I have an infant my older boys I’ve had Covid in the flu. My baby is only one and a half so I didn’t want to get swabbed for Covid and the flu the PA who was working I believe his name was Jeremy obviously did not want to do any testing again. I have an infant. I don’t feel like sitting in an urgent care for 12+ hours nor do I feel like having my infant hospitalized due to Covid and or the flu so I had to walk my ass back to the Carbon health to tell them I wanted to get swabbed for Covid and the flu. It’s a little bit annoying that I come out of my way and pay for a visit when I don’t get anything done all he tested me for was strep and I knew I didn’t have strep. He did not listen to any of my concerns and or symptoms He sat there and said that everything seems to be revolving around my throat hurting, which was not the case I never once said that the nurse Lulu was amazing. She helped me and she also did my swab test.

I've had to visit here a few times and every time has been a great experience. Friendly, kind and hardly any wait time. I highly recommend it

I had a cold that wasn't getting any better. So I looked up Urgent Care centers in my medical app and up pops Carbon Health. Living right in the area was so convenient. I made an online appointment instead of walking in. And everything was perfect! I was taken care of, received prescriptions to pickup. They are so caring and professional there. I recommend to go to Carbon Health at Eastvale Merge. Should I ever need the service again, this is my place of choice. Thanks Carbon Health! I feel so much better today!

We went to the one by our house and the line was 2 hours long, they let us know of one that was 8 minutes away with less of a wait time. We went to that one and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable

Felt rushed answered my main concern but I had a secondary related concern and doc was giving me instructions while already walking out the door so didn't get to my second question.

I’ve been sick all week with cough  my daughter said I should come . So my grandson took me. It was fast and great going there there took care of my health quick got the shot I needed .. Always have a good experience at this urgent care. Have been to others in the area, and they do not compare with professionalism and care received. I always feel taken care of when I come here. Zero complaints.
