Pain from Sciatica had become unbearable. I wasn't able to schedule an appointment with my doctor, but I went online to Carbon Health's website and had no trouble booking an appointment. I was seen on time, the facility was clean & comfortable, the check-in process was hassle free, and the young lady at the front desk was polite and professional. Dr. Upton was a tremendous help to me. In addition to being able to prescribe the right medication for my condition, she advised me regarding lifestyle changes that might be beneficial. Above all - SHE LISTENED to me! I would certainly recommend this location to my friends and neighbors.

My visit today was really good. I was pleasantly surprised to see an opening for today. Of course I took it, the wait time wasn’t too bad considering that it is an urgent care and can sometimes take time. But it went by fast and I was able to make it in time to pick up my child. Thank you staff and provider for being on top of things.

I am mortified that Dr did not do anything to me. He just looked at it and said I had cellulitis. My leg is on fire. It’s huge it hurts. It’s painful and he didn’t wanna pop it and gave me some anabiotic and that’s it. I’ve been laying in bed ever since so no I’m not fine He didn’t even touch it. It’s it’s so painful and it looks so infected.

I have come to this clinic multiple times and they have always treated me with respect. I always hear people saying that they don’t have a good attitude. But if I’m having a real urgent matter the last thing I’m worried but is the tone of someone’s voice. Plus they’ll for sure have you in within 2 hours or less and i don’t know about you but that huge plus for me.
