Juan, the medical assistant was good and receptive. The PA who saw me was also good but I just didn't agree with her recommendations. She was gracious to accept my opinion and she maintained her professionalism despite my disagreement. She did tell me that she was putting me on dexamethasone but forgot to explain the dosage; and also antibiotic but I already know what to do with the antibiotic. I thought the prednisone was a little high--40 mg everyday for seven days. It may be a good dose but for me, it gives me quiver and crave for food that's the reason why I was hesitant to take it. She did offer me to be nebulizer but I said I'll do it at home.

Very good . I came here several times for my children, the nurse and doctor are professional and explained everything to me so that I don’t worry my children

It was my first time at Carbon Health, I found the facility clean & bright. The staff was courteous and professional.

Wait time was good, got in at 1:40pm for my 1:30pm appointment. Staff was friendly and explained things to me. I did kind of get the impression that they were tired of me because I was trying to ask clarifying questions to make sure that later on I will not be thinking about the questions I was afraid to ask :P. It’s very easy for me to just accept what I’m told, and not ask anything, but I’m trying to learn to advocate for myself because it seems like that’s what is needed in healthcare. But I could tell they were definitely getting tired of me asking my dumb questions and just repeating answers they already gave because I was obviously didn’t hear it the first time. I probably need to work on my communication skills because I don’t feel like either of us felt like we were getting through to the other person. It felt like we both felt like we knew what the other person was saying and that they just weren’t willing to hear it.

Excellent experience. The provider was thorough and explained everything very well. All of the staff I interacted with were professional and pleasant.

Greeted immwdiatly when I walked thru the door and proceeded to the exam room within five minutes. The staff introduced themselves to me as soon as we met walking in the door. Katie, the physicians assistant, awesome PA!! Very knowledgeable, had great “ bedside manner.” Ask more questions about my medical history and then dealled into what she felt we needed to get into today. Truly felt comfortable with everything that happened from the time I walked through the door to the time I walked out the door. Highly highly recommend this office and staff. Place is very welcoming and staff and doctor are  very kind. It doesn’t feel like a doctors office waiting room. Highly recommend if you need to be seen and can’t get into your own doctor. I made my appointment the night before and it was a smooth in and out process.
