Pediatric urgent care near me in Mission Viejo, CA

I had a cold that wasn't getting any better. So I looked up Urgent Care centers in my medical app and up pops Carbon Health. Living right in the area was so convenient. I made an online appointment instead of walking in. And everything was perfect! I was taken care of, received prescriptions to pickup. They are so caring and professional there. I recommend to go to Carbon Health at Eastvale Merge. Should I ever need the service again, this is my place of choice. Thanks Carbon Health! I feel so much better today!

Made an appointment for next day and they even called me back before app time. The doctor was very attentive to my concerns. Absolutely would recommend them. Wish they closer to my house (they used to be).

Clinic did not have catheters, I was referred to ER, very disappointed

Would like to have received discharge instructions. So I knew what was recommended no one came back to my room and I waited also 20 min but another patient was guided to my room

Both the doctor and the nurse I saw were great, I feel like I was very well taken care of and heard, they alleviated my concerns, informed me clearly, and gave me a clear plan of action. I wish that doctor could be my primary care physician actually. It was awesome!

The wait time was ridiculous. We had an appointment at 10:30 pm and were not seen until 2:00 am. My son needed stitches which does seem emergent. But the staff was awesome once we were seen

I was a walk in and was seen in 30 minutes! Excellent!

So I’m like 100% sure I have either the flu or Covid. I came in here only because I have an infant my older boys I’ve had Covid in the flu. My baby is only one and a half so I didn’t want to get swabbed for Covid and the flu the PA who was working I believe his name was Jeremy obviously did not want to do any testing again. I have an infant. I don’t feel like sitting in an urgent care for 12+ hours nor do I feel like having my infant hospitalized due to Covid and or the flu so I had to walk my ass back to the Carbon health to tell them I wanted to get swabbed for Covid and the flu. It’s a little bit annoying that I come out of my way and pay for a visit when I don’t get anything done all he tested me for was strep and I knew I didn’t have strep. He did not listen to any of my concerns and or symptoms He sat there and said that everything seems to be revolving around my throat hurting, which was not the case I never once said that the nurse Lulu was amazing. She helped me and she also did my swab test.

I came in at 5pm off the streets in severe pain and Dr. RITTER gave me excellent care and more knowledge in one session than my current Doctor did in 4 months! Think he's great and would recommend all clients in pain to see him. Thanks D.G.

I though my son had cold sore, and I wanted Someone to take a look, I thought it was not urgent! But a called anyway to see and they just said not to worry and come on in and have them take a look, it was really fast and easy. As soon as we got there we waited like 10 seconds before they called us,

The care with the doctor and nurse was great. The office staff and scheduling were inefficient. Filled everything out on line including drivers license and insurance card then staff made me redo all paperwork upon arrival. 30 minute wait time with an appt. However doctor and nurse were great.

The PA was very thorough. Offered a lot of solutions to alleviate pain
