The only complaint was the almost three hour wait. I had no idea I could schedule an appointment. The staff and doctor were very helpful

Ease of scheduling, checking was ease , right from the front desk team to the doctor were professional in nature .

We went to the one by our house and the line was 2 hours long, they let us know of one that was 8 minutes away with less of a wait time. We went to that one and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable

Got a text that I was ready to be seen so I came to the clinic but then waited an hour to be seen. They refused to do most accurate testing (vaginal swab for gonorrhea and chlamydia testing in women… they said urine was the only option which is not standard of care for women and has many false negatives). No clinic has ever refused to do GC/CM swab for testing. Just so odd to me. They seemed agitated that I even asked. I’m an ER PA with 10 years experience who tests others for STIs all the time, so why would they not practice evidence-based medicine at AFC?

Staff is great super helpful and friendly.. Cleanliness is great Just the wait is a little long.. it's worth the wait..

I came in at 5pm off the streets in severe pain and Dr. RITTER gave me excellent care and more knowledge in one session than my current Doctor did in 4 months! Think he's great and would recommend all clients in pain to see him. Thanks D.G.

Easy to schedule appointments. Very satisfied with the service Need a refill for my foot medicine. It still hurts. CVS requested a refill authorization but no response from the doctor .
