Both my husband and I woke up ill and were easily able to easily schedule an appointment.  Staff was pleasant and efficient and PA was patient, attentive and quickly diagnosed our sinus infections.  She prescribed medication that quickly eased our discomfort and we are feeling much better now.  We highly recommend this Urgent Care.

But a called anyway to see and they just said not to worry and come on in and have them take a look, it was really fast and easy. So I’m like 100% sure I have either the flu or Covid. I came in here only because I have an infant my older boys I’ve had Covid in the flu. My baby is only one and a half so I didn’t want to get swabbed for Covid and the flu the PA who was working I believe his name was Jeremy obviously did not want to do any testing again. I have an infant. I don’t feel like sitting in an urgent care for 12+ hours nor do I feel like having my infant hospitalized due to Covid and or the flu so I had to walk my ass back to the Carbon health to tell them I wanted to get swabbed for Covid and the flu. It’s a little bit annoying that I come out of my way and pay for a visit when I don’t get anything done all he tested me for was strep and I knew I didn’t have strep. He did not listen to any of my concerns and or symptoms He sat there and said that everything seems to be revolving around my throat hurting, which was not the case I never once said that the nurse Lulu was amazing. She helped me and she also did my swab test.

We went to the one by our house and the line was 2 hours long, they let us know of one that was 8 minutes away with less of a wait time. We went to that one and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable

Appointment could not have gone any better. Great service and in and out in under 15 minutes with a prescription called into my local pharmacy.

A course of action was at the heart of my consultation and that was achieved. All interactions with staff and doctor were professional and cordial. I would recommended this provider

I’ve been sick all week with cough  my daughter said I should come . So my grandson took me. It was fast and great going there there took care of my health quick got the shot I needed .. I feel a lot better now.. I will go there again and suggest it to family and friends. Thank you doctor and staff
