I was a walk in with a cough. I was treated very good and I didn’t wait very long. The doctor was great! Very good experience, and definitely will use it again if needed.

Went to this walk-in clinic for a sore throat. The staff were very helpful and professional.  I would definitely go back again.

My follow up care was equivalent to my original urgent care appointment. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The Doctor showed genuine concern and care for how, I was feeling since my original visit re-checking my ear, nose and throat as well as my vital signs noting improvement from my initial sick visit. The care and attention was enough to make me feel better again.

Very professional, listened to me, trusted what I had to say. I’d recommend to anyone

I was to have a phone interview to follow up but I never got the call back. It didn't matter at all as I was well into recovery. For me, a non issue.

I had a very good experience. I want to thank everyone at PhysicianOne for their highly professional care and treatment of me.

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

The staff was friendly, thorough and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location.

Staff is courteous and caring.

Walked in after work and I didn't have to wait long at all.
