Everything was great except for the wait time which was past my scheduled appointment.  But it was explained that they had a higher number of patients than usual. My overall experience was really good.

MA should leave the room during time with provider. Personal questions were awkward and uncomfortable to answer with them standing there.

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

There were no obstacles keeping me from scheduling an appointment with DOCS. Everything went beautifully well. Great doctor attending to us. Thank you!!!

I spent all day friday with my primary care office.no help at all.i walked into your office,got help in a reasonable time frame.doctor listened to me,diagnosed me and off I went to the drug store.i can now take my medicine and see my family for christmas.Big thank you.
