I had a great experience at ModernMD urgent care Woodhaven today. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. My 4-year-old had a small stone stuck in his foot, and the doctor handled it with great care. I was impressed by how gentle and professional they were my child didn’t even cry during the procedure! I truly appreciate their kindness and expertise. Highly recommend!

Walked in after work and I didn't have to wait long at all.

The tech or nurse that took the throat culture took the sample in a very rushed and quick manner and I question whether the result is accurate. The last time I took my other child there I had the same person and the result was negative but when I went to another Dr it was positive less than 24 hours later. I know results can change but I wish that person would be more thorough and take their time.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.
