The check in process is terrible.  The new system you have is tedious, repeats itself and very frustrating when a patient does not feel well.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

Annual physical.  Easy to schedule and Dr. Marshall did a great job explaining everything.

Everything was good except the waiting for a provider to call in for my appointment . There wasn't a provider in the office.
