Everyone is friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the nurses to the provider. Attentive doctors that listen to concerns and provide detailed and helpful information. They take both physical and mental health into consideration.

I do not normally write reviews of any sort, good or bad. However, our experience being here HAD to be recognized. I dont think I have ever come across this level of care. It was STELLAR. My 17 yo daughter had been really unwell with a really bad head cold and really really uncomfortable throat and tonsils. Ran all the usuals, and not so usuals, and everything determined to be viral. Noticing how truly upset and uncomfortable she was, they did not stop there. Dr Gordon and his staff made sure she was at least going to feel better real soon. I could not be happier with the presence of focus, attention and bedside manner this Dr and staff showed us. KUDOS! You guys are true standouts to treatment above and beyond. Thank you.

Super easy to schedule an appt - friendly staff got me in and out

I had to visit the clinic on a Sunday morning and received very friendly and compassionate care from all of the staff, especially Jessica Paulson P.A. There was very little wait time and I felt as though everyone genuinely cared for my wellbeing. Would recommend to anyone needing urgent care services.

I was to have a phone interview to follow up but I never got the call back. It didn't matter at all as I was well into recovery. For me, a non issue.

Went in with a high fever, body aches, migraine, delirium, chest pain, weakness and hardship breathing. Staff never checked my temperature. My partner, Michael Quinn was also seen the same day for the same symptoms. The staff member he spoke to didn’t recognize the term pulmonary which is quite scary and concerning. For my partner, they only checked BP. No temp or pulse ox taken.

Dr.Rex and his medical assistant go above and beyond to take care of your medical needs. Dr.Rex is kind professional and truly cares about his patients. His medical assistant is very kind knowledgeable and does her job quickly and very efficiently. I look forward to every visit.

I was a walk-in and expected to wait. It was an hour or hour and a half. Beats waiting at the ER all day.  I had a few issues with the signing in on my phone and had to keep bothering the girl at the front desk.  She was very patient with me and very sweet!  Very friendly staff! I’ve been there many times and never had a bad experience.

There were no obstacles keeping me from scheduling an appointment with DOCS. Everything went beautifully well. Great doctor attending to us. Thank you!!!
