I just want to add that the Questionnaire had many questions that were not applicable.  Example what pronouns or gender do I identify with.

I was a walk-in and expected to wait. It was an hour or hour and a half. Beats waiting at the ER all day.  I had a few issues with the signing in on my phone and had to keep bothering the girl at the front desk.  She was very patient with me and very sweet!  Very friendly staff! I’ve been there many times and never had a bad experience.

Dr. Shah and his staff were terrific. They identified the problem and ordered the appropriate treatment.  I would recommend their office to anyone!

Everyone is friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the nurses to the provider. Attentive doctors that listen to concerns and provide detailed and helpful information. They take both physical and mental health into consideration.

Excellent experiance. Ive been sick for over a month went to 2 other Drs and they were no help just suggested over the counter meds. I got progressivly worse then decided to try DOCS. The nurse practioner listened to me and evaluated me and got me diagnosed with antibiotics! I’m finally on the road to recovery! The receptionist was amazing as well! Great staff and great experiance! Very grateful!!

I do not normally write reviews of any sort, good or bad. However, our experience being here HAD to be recognized. I dont think I have ever come across this level of care. It was STELLAR. My 17 yo daughter had been really unwell with a really bad head cold and really really uncomfortable throat and tonsils. Ran all the usuals, and not so usuals, and everything determined to be viral. Noticing how truly upset and uncomfortable she was, they did not stop there. Dr Gordon and his staff made sure she was at least going to feel better real soon. I could not be happier with the presence of focus, attention and bedside manner this Dr and staff showed us. KUDOS! You guys are true standouts to treatment above and beyond. Thank you.

Super easy to schedule an appt - friendly staff got me in and out

I had to visit the clinic on a Sunday morning and received very friendly and compassionate care from all of the staff, especially Jessica Paulson P.A. There was very little wait time and I felt as though everyone genuinely cared for my wellbeing. Would recommend to anyone needing urgent care services.

Never received my test results as I was told I’d be receiving a call within the hour after leaving my visit. Calling the phone number does not connect you to a person at all and forces you to go through an app. Check in was a long and unnecessary process. I am feeling worse and not sure if I am positive for any of the things I was tested for.

Dr Wilcox and the staff were very nice and helpful. 10/10

MA should leave the room during time with provider. Personal questions were awkward and uncomfortable to answer with them standing there.

I was a walk in with a cough. I was treated very good and I didn’t wait very long. The doctor was great! Very good experience, and definitely will use it again if needed.
