The visit was for my 6 year old daughter who was experiencing congestion and ear pain. The entire experience was great, the office staff was friendly and helpful, there was no waiting, and the provider was kind and thorough.

Everything was good except the waiting for a provider to call in for my appointment . There wasn't a provider in the office.

Walked in after work and I didn't have to wait long at all.

Scheduling appointments and communication with my Primary Care Physician is next to impossible and I think she is wonderful. Whenever I call the main number, I must navigate my way to get a live person to answer. Whenever I leave your voice message, I NEVER get a returned phone call. If this situation does not improve, I will be forced to find another care provider.  Your physicians and staff members are very well aware of the problem. You need to fix it!

The attention of the staff was amazing all them are really friendly and really helpful

Cory was amazing. My only major concern was that I identified that my daughter had a medication allergy and the APRN who saw us prescribed the one she was allergic to (which I picked up at the pharmacy and paid for) and I had to call back and get a different one. If they document allergies, that should not be ignored when prescribing.
