Everything was great except for the wait time which was past my scheduled appointment.  But it was explained that they had a higher number of patients than usual. My overall experience was really good.

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

The services was very professional even thought they were texting for Covid19

Everything about the visit was great. The staff was awesome and the Dr. as well. It’s a telehealth visit but more than that. I would definitely recommend the Monroe location.

Everyone was extremely professional and went went above and beyond besides having to wait 13 hours to get a room upstairs but I understand stuff like that takes time everything else was great and definitely would be coming back again if I needed too thanks again for all the excellent care most hospitals aren’t nearly as nice as yours same as all the doctors and nurses and all of the staff literally everyone was nice thanks again can’t thank you enough for the quality care I got I would highly recommend this to anyone who needed the care I did thanks again

I was a walk in with a cough. I was treated very good and I didn’t wait very long. The doctor was great! Very good experience, and definitely will use it again if needed.

I was to have a phone interview to follow up but I never got the call back. It didn't matter at all as I was well into recovery. For me, a non issue.
