KOMAL PATEL IS A TOP NOTCH PA SHE HAS BEEN CARING FOR ME FOR 5 YRS I WON'T GO TO ANYONE ELSE INCLUDING MY PRIMARY. I RECENTLY WAS IN THE HOSPITAL AND KOMAL CALLED ME ON HER DAY OFF TO CHECK ON ME. SHE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND TO TAKE CARE OF HER PATIENTS.

Yesterday, I went to TGH Urgent Care Fast Track at Wesley Chapel, and was extremely impressed by the entire staff’s excellent customer service, professionalism, thoroughness with which they reviewed my medications, and medical history, and timeliness with which they saw me. I had never been there, and so this was a new experience for me. The NP who I saw, Ms. Braunlin McDonald, was outstanding. Her communication and listening skills, competence, kindness, medical reports, and more, were first-rate. The facility was well-run, and immaculate. I have been in the medical field for 37 years, and tend to cynically scrutinize the facility and personnel with whom I am trusting my medical care. Let me tell you—-TGH Urgent Care Fast Track at Wesley Chapel did not disappoint! If I needed urgent care, I would go back there in an instant, and would encourage those who need urgent medical assistance to do the same.
