I I went to the doctor because I had a burn on my hand. I was in a lot of pain. They took me into the room to see me, but I had to wait a long time. Once the doctor was there, he kept me waiting twice for a long time. The last time he came back, he told me, "I already sent the medicine to your pharmacy," but he never gave me anything. I went in like that and left in a lot of pain. I didn't like the service. I went with the intention of feeling better. I was disappointed that they didn't even have a cream to soothe my pain.

The nurse and doctor who saw me were so friendly and understanding of my fears and situation. All the staff made me feel cared for, as if they were friends of mine I’ve known for a long time. I was in and out in about an hour and am looking forward to my second visit. I scheduled an appointment over the app while I was still home.I find scheduling through the app is very convenient.Checking was easy.Doctor who i spoke with was extremely friendly,helpful,polite,informative.He explained everything to me in a way I can understand it.He did not rush me.He spent enough time to explain the situation and all options available.I am really happy with his service. The girl who was taking my vital signs was not polite and a bit rough.She seemed to me that she hates her job. That was my third time visiting that location and overall I am satisfied with the service provided.
