staff is fabulous with our Daughter that is on the autism spectrum

The receptionist and PA that was there today (2/20/2019)were great and amazing! My only complaint was that the nurse on staff today was not so warm and welcoming let alone have 1 smile on her face . Other than her I was very happy with our visit today .

I I went to the doctor because I had a burn on my hand. I was in a lot of pain. They took me into the room to see me, but I had to wait a long time. Once the doctor was there, he kept me waiting twice for a long time. The last time he came back, he told me, "I already sent the medicine to your pharmacy," but he never gave me anything. I went in like that and left in a lot of pain. I didn't like the service. I went with the intention of feeling better. I was disappointed that they didn't even have a cream to soothe my pain.

Have been dealing with issues regarding an infected navel piercing and pushing back a doctors visit because I am always afraid of needing to go. Immediately greeted by such friendly and caring check-in staff. I have no insurance so they were able to help negotiate a price that worked for me. The nurse and doctor who saw me were so friendly and understanding of my fears and situation. They listened to everything I told them and offered me many solutions to my problems, even still understanding my lack of insurance and showing me where to find the cheapest options for prescriptions. All the staff made me feel cared for, as if they were friends of mine I’ve known for a long time. I was in and out in about an hour and am looking forward to my second visit. I would recommend this provider to everyone I know, especially anyone who is normally afraid of being in hospital settings or doctors.

Woke up after feeling like crap for several days and just wanted an answer if I had flu/ Covid/ strep. This was the only place I could get in within a couple hrs that same day. It was easy to schedule, just took time to enter all my data, insurance, etc online but made the appt more efficient for sure. I was in and out within 30 mins. Tests all negative but gave good advice and remedies. This will be my first choice for urgent care in the future.

Dr. Chube is an excellent physician and has made sure that I am comfortable while battling Covid-19. He is extremely compassionate and has great communication skills. I expressed my problem and he took care of the problem expeditiously. Thank you Dr. Chube.
