Checking in and scheduling was a breeze. Unfortunately this location is understaffed because it took the Dr almost 3 hours to see me. Once they were in the exam room with me they were very kind and helped me with my health issue.

I went to get blood work done for my job and everything was explained to me very clearly and in a way I could understand. The staff was very nice and check-in was easy .I would visit again

I went in to schedule an appointment but they were able to take me right away. The staff was very helpful, friendly and competent.  I checked in easily and my problem was resolved quickly.  The techs explained each step of the treatment and gave me advice on avoiding reoccurrence. Needed a physical for an upcoming physical test for a job. Called, went in same day. Quick, low cost. Highly recommend.

Didn’t make an appointment but it was smooth and simple to get in line and take care of paperwork. Very good experience that I can simply walk in and get answers while also feeling terribly sick.

I cant thank you guys enough. I feel soo blessed to have this urgent care in this neighborhood. I've been there few times and everyones is exceptional genuine as soon as you step in excellent front desk no matter who's working. I'm bad with names I'm sorry. I always tell my family and friends about this location. I've been to city md and one around corner on 116 st. But ever since I've found you guys I've never gone anywhere but here. Can't thank you guys. O my nurse was excellent 👏 who took my vitals. Everyones just great.

it was smooth and good, when i went in they attended to me one time and gave me what i needed and i feel better already
