Very short wait  Staff warm and friendly  Very clean facilities  Dr was amazing polite and professional. He treated me for the pain in my hand from carpal tunnel syndrome. I Highly recommend this urgent care on knickerbocker Ave in Bushwick Brooklyn

Dr. Laddis is the man. We also see him for urgi care matters regarding my daughter and she absolutely adores him. In my opinion, kids have the best gage for good people and Dr Laddis is definitely one of them. We love the entire staff and ALWAYS appreciate you guys ❤️

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

I went to get blood work done for my job and everything was explained to me very clearly and in a way I could understand. The staff was very nice and check-in was easy .I would visit again

Professional and thorough. Great bedside manner. Less than 30 min wait time from walk in to being called to be seen by Dr.

Walked in for an issue I had with one of my ears. Front office staff had me checked-in in less than 10 minutes including me filling out my medical history. The medical assistant was efficient and friendly during rooming and getting my vitals. Doctor was personable and quickly diagnosed and explained my issue, prescribed a couple of meds which he called to a local pharmacy. Whole thing from leaving my house to returning home with meds was a little over an hour total!  A good experience :)

Nurse taking vitals did not identify themselves. Overall was not a helpful visit and this urgent care does not provide many services that other clinics are able to provide and be helpful for one’ visit.

Dr Tammy one of the best doctors I’ve seen by far.
