Walked in and was attended right away. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Office is clean and Dr. was very informational. I was in and out.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

I was able to book an appointment very easily. Problem is the wait. I was seen over an hour after. Why make people book appointments if walk-ins are taken before scheduled and registered patients.

Had a cluster headache the doctor prescribed the wrong medication and then ain’t want to change it smh

The scheduling was a simple but out of the way, however i have no other complaints and everyone working there was very sweet and kind. I would recommend

Ive been sick in the stomach for almost a week, I’ve been having loose stool and nausea. I explained that to the doctor and they touched my stomach a bit asked me if I had any other symptoms I said no and they said just to let it run its course that I don’t need antibiotics. However I think some kind of test should have been done to rule out what I have exactly now someone in my house hold has EPEC, Giardia lamblia and sapovirus and I might have that too now I need a second opinion, waste of $50

Front staff was pleasant and Dr..Christina was attentive to my needs and provided me the medicine I needed. She has a very calm and pleasant presence.

I went in to schedule an appointment but they were able to take me right away. The staff was very helpful, friendly and competent.  I checked in easily and my problem was resolved quickly.  The techs explained each step of the treatment and gave me advice on avoiding reoccurrence.
