Great service and staff. The check-in was very easy. The care that I have received was excellent.

Had congestion symptoms for several days that were not lessening, but worsening. Was a walk-in at AM/PM. Was immediately attended to. Staff was polite. Facility was clean. Very professional and competent. Good alternative to the ER.

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

The people who work in this facility are phenomenal. Wait time was longer than website would have you believe, but it wasn’t unexpected given the physical size of the office.

Didn't have to wait and everyone is so kind! However, the doctor did not give me the medication I needed for a horrible infection and told me to wait a few more days. Later that day I had to go to the ER because the infection had continued spreading rapidly. The doctors at the hospital quickly gave me intravenous medication to prevent the infection spreading to my blood

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.
