It was my first time using it. Experience was great. Kind and friendly staff. I’m satisfied with the atención.

Came home from work and noticed that my child had a high fever. Her pediatrician office was closed so I googled and saw that this urgent care was opened. It was super easy scheduling an appointment on my phone and sending my insurance information with just a picture. There was probably a 25 min wait time to be put in a room but it’s an urgent care so considering that it’s not bad at all since the waiting area was full. Everyone was super friendly from the front desk guy to the MA and especially the Dr. She took her time examining my daughter and explaining the care and treatment process. Thank you for listening and caring, I would highly recommend.

Dr. Laddis is the man. We also see him for urgi care matters regarding my daughter and she absolutely adores him. In my opinion, kids have the best gage for good people and Dr Laddis is definitely one of them. We love the entire staff and ALWAYS appreciate you guys ❤️

Check-in and Scheduling were easy.  Dr. Ross was caring, patient and thorough.

Scheduling appt was easy, wait time after arriving was an hour after scheduled appt time. Once brought into exam room everything was addressed in an appropriate amount of time and received results quickly. Staff were all nice but would appreciate if they could update people in waiting room when they are running late and what the expected wait time is for people waiting to be seen

Front staff was pleasant and Dr..Christina was attentive to my needs and provided me the medicine I needed. She has a very calm and pleasant presence.

Love the availability of this urgent care, your staff is always friendly and to the point, asks thorough questions, answers any questions I might have. My favorite urgent care in the area :-)

I went in to schedule an appointment but they were able to take me right away. The staff was very helpful, friendly and competent.  I checked in easily and my problem was resolved quickly.  The techs explained each step of the treatment and gave me advice on avoiding reoccurrence. Excellent experience- thank you!

Got out of work early yesterday and remember that I had ran out of medicine. figured I just swing by no phone call no appointment. Was very Pleasant. In-N-Out in 30 minutes. Very easy!

As far as I could tell, there were 3 people working there(including doc), and 3 patients( including me). Everyone was treated respectfully, courteously, it was as efficient as possible as far as I could tell, clean, they offered water.  The doc seemed concerned, knowledgeable and efficient. There was a ton of on line checkin stuff that needed to be dealt with.  I'm horrible at that stuff!  One of the women working at the desk, who moments later was my tech, was very helpful getting me through the online check in.  I never could have done it myself. Hopefully the medicine the doctor  prescribed will work. They all did a nice and thourogh job as far as I could tell.

Have on a as need bases have used the on-line system for scheduling appointments.  System is easy, check-in staff friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.  Doctors and PA wonderful…easy to talk to and excellent with care.   Promise an angel.  Handled my treatment kindly and thoroughly!! Excellent

Was sick with an ongoing sinus infection which had gotten worse ,  I was able to get in see the dr. and he made sure I would have all the prescriptions to ease my symptoms and clear up the infections .  They took all the appropriate tests to rule out any other infections (Covid ,flu etc).  Fast , caring , thorough and thoughtful of my feelings .  The staff was friendly efficient and caring , would definitely use them again .
