Excellent experience. Staff, cleanliness, explanation of tests and treatment.

Smashed my finger under a Kitchen Aid mixer. It immediately swelled, bruised and was extremely painful. Thought I broke it. Waited for 2.5 hours before being seen due to staff shortages that day. Other than waiting, people are always nice and friendly when I utilize the facility.

I didn’t have an appointment, the staff was very friendly & accommodating. My wait time was minimal. The PA was thorough in her explanations, I didn’t feel rushed. An overall good experience.

I promise I will do everything in me like I have been so you guys don’t ever have to deal with me again. I know this has been a long journey but i believe today will clear up my 6 long year issue with my tongue. I’ve been to every specialist you could think of and you guys are the only ones who listen to my concerns! Thank you all and wish you all the best! I got this!
