I’ve been sick all week with cough  my daughter said I should come . So my grandson took me. It was fast and great going there there took care of my health quick got the shot I needed .. I don’t understand the point of scheduling an appointment only to be placed behind people that literally just walked in to the office. I understand that stuff was backed up but if I already had an appointment set up that should’ve been honored. Nobody had severe burns or some crazy injury. Yet I was sitting there with a 102 fever for 2 hours till they finally called my name. Also seemed like the nurses checking me in were more on top of things than the actual doctor that walked in and walked me out (basically pushing me out) in the span of 2 minutes.  Aside from that the actual front staff was very friendly and answered any questions I had.

My visit today was really good. I was pleasantly surprised to see an opening for today. Of course I took it, the wait time wasn’t too bad considering that it is an urgent care and can sometimes take time. But it went by fast and I was able to make it in time to pick up my child. Thank you staff and provider for being on top of things.

After receiving my results, I called Quest Lab Testing and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
