This was probably the best care I've had. The doctor was very cool and chill. I wish he was my primary care to be honest.

I had to get TB test and annual physical exam. I made appointment online and completed all of the documents online as well. I was in and out of with not much with much ease.

The PA was kind and non alarming!  I didn’t feel that way with the previous visit 2 days before! She explained things carefully, so I understood what I was dealing with and prescribed the correct medication! The previous PA told me I would get a call with the results of my urine  test, but I never got that call and my antibiotics needed to be changed. I developed a fever and came in again! Not sure why I never got that call???

They are very nice there and took very good care of me I would recommend this place to everyone

I was referred to "AME" Medical Group Urgent Care by my health insurance provider member services representative, since my primary care physician wasn't able to set an office visit for me until sometime in Jan. 2025 (more than a month long wait). I was able to do a same day walk-in appointment at "AME" within an hour of calling their medical office to check their office hours. Aleta had me do a quick self check-in via solvhealth app. Dr. Khanlou was great! He asked a few questions regarding my health issue and made a diagnosis and ordered the medications I needed immediately and arranged for me to pick up the Rx's at my preferred neighborhood pharmacy. I highly recommend Dr. Khanlou. He is very nice and provides the best patient care!

So amazing these caring souls that work here! I came in last minute with my daughter and in the kerfuffle of illness and getting her there on time we forgot her ID. The appointment I had originally was at 6:30 and they close at 7. We didn’t get back there with the ID until 6:50. The angel at the front desk called me to see if I was still coming! They helped us thoroughly, thoughtfully and with incredible kindness. Thank you immensely.

I was very disappointed because my appointment was for an x-ray and the x-ray machine was broken and has been for some time. No one bother to let me know that it was broken so the appointment was a waste of time

Felt rushed answered my main concern but I had a secondary related concern and doc was giving me instructions while already walking out the door so didn't get to my second question.

I’ve been sick all week with cough  my daughter said I should come . So my grandson took me. It was fast and great going there there took care of my health quick got the shot I needed .. I feel a lot better now.. I will go there again and suggest it to family and friends. Thank you doctor and staff

Waited 4 days for earliest appointment. Still had to wait 90 minutes to be seen.

Walked in, took my 3 year old daughter. Was able to make it before closing time , everyone was friendly most I waited over all was around 2hours .

No line ,i got doctors care and took my COVID test

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
