Took an xray of arm after fall Found it broken at the elbow. Placed in cast and referred to ortho. Clean, fast, polite service. Very pleased.

I called for a same day appointment for a rapid covid test. They were able to accommodate me and get me in right away, and no other urgent care could. The provider was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. The medical assistant who did my covid test talked me through the process and did a great job...I barely felt any discomfort. I would highly recommend.

Of course with any Urgent Care, you should expect to wait your turn. I may have waited 30 minutes, was called back and given immediate attention. The Dr. (can't remember her name) was very attentive. Didn't seem like she was in a hurry to move on. She listened and answered all my questions. W.C.

The staff and doctors are amazing. Dr. Fred Keys took the time to discuss all my symptoms and point me in the right direction. After being sick so long...I greatly appreciate a doctor that thinks outside of the box and truly cares about his patients. Thank you for directing me towards finding the true root cause. I've been going to this Urgent care for 2 to 3 years and have had no issues, except my prescription got sent to the wrong pharmacy.

The staff is professional but very friendly and put you at ease. I did not have to wait more than a few minutes before I was seen for treatment. The doctor was very kind and knowledgeable, and explained in detail what medication would be administered and the course of treatment that was required to resolve my medical issue. I highly recommend Urgent Care of Milford.
