I had to go in on my birthday. Not only did I receive excellent care but the staff presented me with a birthday card.

I have been to this specific Well Now location several times over the last few years both for myself and when bringing others (I always insist everyone I know go here). I have never waited more than 15 minutes at most and I have always been greeted by a very friendly staff member at the front desk. They definitely strive to be efficient and I have never had a bad interaction with the staff. Being a college student, they have always taken the time to explain anything from insurance to prescriptions and have made me feel comfortable. During my last visit when I was bringing someone else to be treated, I was offered snacks and even a card trick performed by a staff member to pass the time.

Caring,knowledgeable staff,clean facility and short wait time.

I have to say that the Newark urgent care is the best urgent care i have been to. I was treated like a human being by the secretary, the nurse and the doctor lady, they all showed care. They dident just chalk my simptoms up to copd or virus they took the time and care to treat me and listened to what i had to say i finally wS able to get the medicine to treat me and on my way to recovery, because of you i can breath again and because of that i have found a way to quit smoking! Thank you to the staff at Newark urgent care ! I give you 5 stars.

She also helped me get the information that I needed AND directed me to the location that could help me. WE NEED MORE CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS!!! A BIG shout out to Merari for her help. I came in feeling a variety of low-grade annoyances, including having a persistent cough each night. My family and I have always had great attentive, friendly, professional, and quality care here. Yesterday, I had a wonderful nurse and NP Susan Mckelvey. I was able to find out why I'd been feeling ill - which was after my doctor's regular hours - with way less cost and time than an ER trip. I had several tests run, got to the bottom of why I'd been feeling so off, had a quick prescription called in - and today I'm already feeling tons better. Thanks so much!
